In May 2004, PEDRO PICCIAU got the 1st International Prize of the Bolognese Cuisine al Castel San Pietro Terme (Bologna, Italy), where he competed with outstanding professionals of the world.

He was invited to cook in the SALON MODENA FERRARI Buenos Aires on the occasion of the GIORNATA MONDIALE DELLA PASTA.

He was born in Sardinia, and arrived in Argentina in 1952.
